Return and Exchange Policy
In case you would like to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are happy to help you!
Please note that the exception to our Return and Exchange policy is products on sale. Hence, discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The important information about returns or exchanges you need to know is:
- The product must be returned within 30 days after it is received.
- The product must have all the tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must be unworn.
After receiving your package, we will check the condition of the product(s) and make a refund for the returned product(s).
Arts on Hats does not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of the product(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, after receiving a refund, you are welcome to place a new order for the product that you want instead.
To initiate a return and exchange, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account on our website and click on “My orders”.
- Click on the button “Return Product/s” next to your order code and follow the instruction until your return has been registered.
- Print the Return form and insert it inside the package.
- If you want the exchange, circle the option “Change a Product” on the Return Form and write down the details of a new product you want. If you choose the return, circle the option provided in the Return Form.

Please note that we do not accept any collect upon arrival or cash on delivery products for returns by post. All the shipping and additional charges on returning the product(s) to our warehouse are the responsibility of a customer.
